Inn Rules & Policies
It is our goal for everyone who stays with us to have a peaceful & positive experience at our Inn. To that end the following rules and policies are enforced:
Check In & Check Out Times
The Inn’s Check In time is 3:00 pm. The Inn’s check out time is 11:00 am. If you have extenuating circumstances in either direction, let your innkeepers know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. You may check out in person at the front office, or simply leave your key on top of the microwave and lock your door as you exit.
All of the rooms on the property are non-smoking rooms. An additional cleaning charge of up to $200 may be assessed for smoking within the motel rooms.
We do allow pets to stay with advance notice and approval; however, pets not reported and approved in advance to the front desk will result in an additional $150 fee.
Excess Cleaning & Damages Fees
We strive to maintain quality rooms for our guests and expect those who stay with us to extend normal wear and tear to the facilities used. Abuse to the room, equipment in the room, or leaving an extraordinary mess behind is not permitted. If we find your room in an unacceptable state after your departure, we may charge an excess fee to cover or costs of replacement or additional cleaning. Loss of a key will result in a $50 key charge; loss of a remote control device will result in a $100 replacement charge.
Injury, Loss, or Damages to Personal Property
The Jolly Swagman Inn is not responsible for injury or accidents to guests. Nor is the Inn liable for loss of money, jewelry or personal property of any kind including vehicles stored on the property.
The Jolly Swagman Inn offers discounted rates for long-term stays. Long-term rents must be paid in full by the 3rd day of each month. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee. Failure to pay by the 7th of the month will result in eviction, loss of deposit, and loss of rental discounts.
Eviction & Right to Refuse Service
Excessive noise and drinking alcohol on Inn property outside your room are cause for eviction and forfeiture of rental fees. Please drink responsibly. This property is owned by an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Indian reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
